Panellerimizin tümüne katılarak Cumhuriyet'imizin ilk yüzyılına dair önemli değerlendirmelerde bulunan; ayrıca ikinci yüzyıla yönelik değerli görüş ve önerilerini paylaşan, kapsamlı bilgi birikimi, deneyimi ve vizyonuyla bize eşsiz katkılarda bulunan 11. Currently, within the drogue-probe method, the receiver aircraft pilot manages the refueling task in accordance with the tanker aircraft pilot. Therefore, autonomous aerial refueling is still an unaccomplished task for aircrafts. In this paper, a fully automated aerial refueling procedure based on digital visual inspection is proposed. A nonlinear dynamic model of receiver aircraft is derived to track the motion of drogue. In order to control the receiver aircraft affected by tanker aircraft vortex during approach, and ensure the receiver aircraft to automatically track and dock the tanker aircraft, an autopilot system that considers visual sensing of drogue motion is designed. The receiver aircraft is controlled by the autopilot system via translational motion of tanker aircraft projected by a cameramounted on the receiver aircraft. Thanks to this vision-based controllers, the need of tanker aircraft positioning is denied since camera projection has the capability of perception of three-dimensional direction of tanker aircraft. In order to test the autopilots include vision-based controllers and algorithms, the vision-based autonomous aerial refueling is operated under presence of turbulence and vortex. The developments in medical image processing and artificial intelligence methods have advanced the potential of using computer-aided diagnosis techniques in the classification of liver tissues. The aim of this study was to develop a non-invasive, cost-effective, and fast approach to specify fibrosis stage using the texture properties of computed tomography images of liver. Gray level co-occurrence matrix, discrete wavelet transform, and discrete Fourier transform were the image analysis tools in the feature extraction phase. Following dimension reduction of the texture features support vector machines and k-nearest neighbor methods were used in the classification phase of this study. Our results showed that our approach is feasible in fibrosis staging especially in pairwise stage comparisons with success rate of approximately 90%. © 2012 IEEE. © 2012 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.Article Citation - WoS: 15Citation - Scopus: 18A Mathematical Model With Piecewise Constant Arguments of Colorectal Cancer With Chemo-Immunotherapy(Pergamon-Elsevier Science Ltd, 2023) Bozkurt, Fatma; Yousef, Ali; Bilgil, Halis; Baleanu, DumitruWe propose a new mathematical model with piecewise constant arguments of a system of ODEs to investigate the growth of colorectal cancer and its response to chemo-immunotherapy. Our main target in this paper is to analyze and represent the I.S.'s (immune system) efficiency during the chemotherapeutic process. Therefore, we proved and illustrated the necessity of IL-2 that supports the immune system, especially in early-detected cases of tumor density. Thus, the constructed model has been divided into sub-systems: the cell populations, the effects of the medications doxorubicin, and IL-2 concentration.Firstly, we analyze the stability of the equilibrium points (disease-free and co-existing) using the RouthHurwitz criteria. In addition, our study has shown that the system undergoes period-doubling, stationary and Neimark-Sacker bifurcations based on specific conditions. In the end, we illustrate some simulations to assist the theory of the manuscript.Other AGÜ NEWS Sayı : 32 - Kasım / Issue: 32 - November(Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi, 2018) Abdullah Gül Üniversitesi[Özet Yok]Article TÜRKİYE TÜRKÇESİNDE ÖLEN FİİLLER(Cengiz Alyılmaz, 2018) Kayasandık, AhmetTürkçenin ölü kelimeleri hakkında yapılacak araştırmalar, söz varlığına yapacağı katkılar yanında dil ve kültür tarihine dair bilinmeyen birtakım hususların öğrenilmesine ve bu dil olayının özelliklerini aydınlatmaya yarayacaktır. Dil bilgisinin diğer alanlarına dair çalışmaların çokluğuna ve çeşitliliğine karşılık semantik ve özellikle etimoloji alanındaki araştırmalar sınırlıdır. Dîvânu Lugâti‟t-Türk (DLT) ve Kutadgu Bilig (KB) dizinlerinden tespit edilen ve bugün kullanılmayan fiillerin ölme nedenlerinin gruplandığı bu çalışmayla bu alana bir katkı amaçlandı. Çalışmada araştırmacıların kelimelerin ölme sebebine dair açıklamalarına yer verildi. Sözlüklerle karşılaştırılarak tespit edilen ölü fiiller, unutulma sebeplerine göre sekiz grupta sıralandı. Anlamı kaba olduğundan yerine başkası kullanıldığı için ölen fiilin bulunmaması dikkat çekti. Türediği isim öldüğü için unutulan fiilleri anlamak kolay olduğundan bunlara birkaç örnek verilmekle yetinildi. Yabancı kelime yerine Türkçesi kullanıldığı için ölen bir adet fiil, kısalık/fonetik sebeplerle ölen dokuz adet fiil tespit edildi. Fiillerin ölümünün (elli bir fiille) en fazla sosyal, kültürel, dinî ve tarihî vb. sebeplerden kaynaklandığı sonucuna ulaşıldı. Eylem aynı eylem olduğu için fiillerde değişiklik öngörülmeyebilir ama tarihî süreçte ince ayrımlar ortaya çıkmış, bu durum da bazı fiillerin zamanla ölmesine neden olmuştur. They bear the responsibility of informing and encouraging all stakeholders, including faculty members, students, and industry partners, to collaborate towards achieving these goals. While many universities are integrating Sustainable Development Goals into their operations and educational programs, there is an increasing need to establish collaborative platforms with private sectors and nongovernmental organizations to further champion this agenda. Educating the future workforce is a key responsibility of these institutions, and they should actively raise students' awareness of these goals, enabling them to develop competencies related to sustainability. This study aims to explore how higher education institutions can effectively raise awareness of sustainable development goals. In addition, the research contributes to the literature by presenting a curriculum designed in a Turkish higher education institution to foster awareness of sustainable development goals. The findings hold the potential to significantly enrich existing literature on awarenessraising practices and the promotion of sustainability strategies, extending beyond higher education institutions to organizations at large.Article TÜRKİYE'NİN İLK ULUSLARARASI ORTAÖĞRETİM KURUMU: MUSTAFA GERMİRLİ ANADOLU İMAM HATİP LİSESİ(Mehmet Dursun Erdem, 2015) Göver, İbrahim Hakan; Yavuzer, HasanBilim ve teknolojide yaşanan hızlı gelişmelerin önemli toplumsal değişimlere neden olduğu bir süreç yaşamaktayız. Özellikle iletişim, haberleşme ve ulaşım alanında kaydedilen ilerlemeler sayesinde insanlar ve toplumlar arasındaki kültürel ve fiziki mesafeler ortadan kalkmıştır. Adına küreselleşme ve uluslararasılaşma dediğimiz bu süreç, toplumsal birikim ve unsurların (bilgi, eğitim, teknoloji, sermaye, fikir, ticari ürün, emek vb) kökeninden/kaynağından bağımsız olarak tüm dünyada serbestçe dolaşmasına neden olmaktadır. Küreselleşen dünyada diğer her şey gibi eğitim faaliyeti de yerel ya da ulusal olmaktan çıkmış, binası, öğrencisi, öğretmeni ve ders müfredatıyla uluslararası bir nitelik kazanmıştır. Bu trende bağlı olarak, Ülkemizde sadece yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin devam ettikleri orta öğretim kurumları açılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu okullardan biri de Kayseri İli Kocasinan İlçesinde bulunan "Uluslararası Mustafa Germirli Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi" dir. Araştırmamızın konusunu teşkil eden bu okul, MEB Din Öğretimi Genel Müdürlüğü'nün aldığı bir kararla 2006 yılından itibaren sadece yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere eğitim hizmeti vermeye başlamış ve böylece yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere lise düzeyinde eğitim veren Türkiye'deki ilk ve tek okul olmuştur. Eğitimde uluslararasılaşmanın yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte, ülkemizde ortaöğretim düzeyinde faaliyet gösteren uluslararası eğitim kurumlarının sayılarının kısa bir süre içinde artacağı kaçınılmazdır.
