Program, disiplinlerarası uzmanlığın geliştirilmesini ve araştırma, inceleme ve uygulamaya dayalı bir eğitim yaklaşımını içerir. Bu doktora programı, uygulamalı/sosyal bilimler ile inşaat mühendisliği arasında köprü kuran yeni, aktif araştırma/çalışma alanları oluşturarak mühendislik bilgisini üretip ilerleterek bu alandaki araştırmacıları yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
The programme involves the development of interdisciplinary expertise and an educational approach based on research, investigation and practice. This PhD programme aims to train researchers in this field by generating and advancing engineering knowledge by creating new, active research/study areas that bridge applied/social sciences and civil engineering.
